We are Turning a New Page with JENNIFER HUNT. Jennifer is a native Georgian, who recently returned to the state after an eleven-year absence. In 2023, she and her husband purchased a 100-year-old house in the historic mill town of Lindale, just outside of Rome, Georgia. Here Jennifer homeschools their four children, ages Kindergarten to 6th grade and writes distinctively Christian historical fiction with Southern settings. Jennifer will be a panelist on January 27, 2024 at First Baptist Church, Perry for our first annual book festival.

Jennifer is the author of the Sorrow and Song series, which follows one family from 1895 to the end of World War 2. Multigenerational family saga fiction is her specialty, and she weaves in real historical events and occasionally even stories from her own grandparents and great-grandparents. Her current series, The Wisteria House Trilogy, is set in 1920s Atlanta with mystery, adventure, and always a realistic and satisfying romance.

Jennifer is one of the leaders of the Christian Mommy Writers, a fellowship of over 100 women who write while in the busy season of raising their children. She has worked in vocational Christian ministry in both administrative and freelance ghostwriting positions, including for Church of the Apostles, Johnson Ferry Baptist Church, and Speak It to Book.
