RANDY PIERCE grew up and still resides in Greene County, Mississippi. A graduate of the University of Southern Mississippi and the University of Mississippi School of Law, he has served in the state legislature and on the Mississippi Supreme Court and has been the director of the Mississippi Judicial College in Oxford since 2016. The Peter Bay, his third novel, is the sequel to his debut, Pain Unforgiven.
